LAS PELICULAS

The second annual Northern New Mexico Film Festival, also known as Las Películas, will be held in Las Vegas on September 28-30, 2007. This film festival features films from around the globe with a special spotlight on New Mexican filmmakers. There will also be screenings of some of the Hollywood movies filmed in New Mexico to celebrate the long history of filmmaking in the state. Las Películas offers free admission to all events and screenings. The shows will be at the Serf Theatre and the Fort Union Drive-In Movie Theatre in Las Vegas, New Mexico
